Q. How current are your new homeowner mailing lists?
A. Our data is the most current homeowner data in the industry. We receive a daily update Monday through Friday which is made available to you immediately if you purchase a daily file from us.
Q. How can I contact you if I need help?
A. You can contact us via email or contact our helpdesk at 770-973-3915 Monday – Friday 9-5 Eastern Time.

How quickly will I receive my data?
A. Data is delivered Monday through Friday. Daily files are automatically delivered usually before noon every Monday through Friday. Other types of files (weekly, monthly, etc) are delivered at either 9, noon, 3, 6 or 9 depending on the time the order is placed. For example: if you order a weekly file at 2:00 pm then your order will be processed at 3:00 pm.
Please note if you order a daily file to come automatically to you, you will be required to put a minimum of $250 in a reserve payment account. Then your order total each day will be deducted from this minimum of $250. When you reach $50 or less you will receive an email asking you to replenish your reserve account. 
Q. What payment options do I have?
A. All orders must be paid for at time of ordering. All major credit cards are accepted. If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact our office before you place an order.
Q. How does my data come to me?
A. After you place your order, your order will be processed. Up until 9pm eastern time, orders are processed every 3 hours or sooner. When your order is processed, you will receive an email that informs you that your order is ready to download. In that email will be link to click on. When you click on that link you will enter your userid and password and then be directed to a screen where you can download your data. You can choose from a CSV or text formatted file. You can also choose the fields and the order of the fields to download.
Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes, our website is secure and data is encrypted for your protection.
Q. How do you protect my privacy?
A. We protect your privacy by not selling our customer’s names. We may occasionally market to you or inform you of enhancements or holidays scheduling if it changes ordering, but we do not sell our names.
Q. Are your lists scrubbed against the Do Not Call lists?
A. Yes, our lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Lists. You may wish to scrub them also against your state list or another do not call list. Make sure you follow any state restrictions you may have on this.
Q. What makes FIS different from other listing services?
A. FIS Data is different from other listing services because we offer the most current homeowner data in the industry. You have the capability to get a daily file by placing the order once and receiving daily data. Our daily data in many times is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call List and is only days old. Q. Can I specify different criteria for the new homeowner mailing lists?
A. You get to create your own criteria and you can save it for future ordering. Some of the criteria you can select by is:
State – and county, zip, city within state
Mortgage Amounts
Sale Amounts
New or Refinance Data or both
Type of Loan
Specify if you need a lender’s name
With or without phone numbers
Q. How do I order my new homeowner mailing lists?
A. You can get started today by going to FISData.com and clicking on List Wizard. The screens will walk you through the rest of the process. When you are completed, just click Buy Now and then you will be asked to register or login (if you are an existing customer). The last step is to pay via credit card. Q. How do I replenish my reserve account?
A. A reserve account is set up for daily orders because we do not know ahead of time how many names are coming in for your criteria you specified. So you pay with a minimum of $250 initially for a daily order and then each day’s orders are deducted from this. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready. If you click on the link and log in you will see a link that is for replenishing your reserve account for daily orders.
Q. I did not receive my order; where is it?
A. If you placed your order between 9 and 5 eastern standard time Monday through Friday, you will receive your order same day. If you order over the weekend or outside of those times and days, your order will be processed next business day. If you are concerned about receiving your order, please email or call us to verify.
Q. I saved a search, but can’t remember the name; can you help?
A. You have the capability to save a search once you have created it to make ordering easier the next time. If you are unsure of what you named it, bring up a couple of the saved searches and when the criteria loads you will know if it is the one you are looking for.
Q. Can I convert my file to MS Word or other text editor for labels?
A. After a file is downloaded, you can import that file into MS Word or other programs to create labels or special reports.
Q. How do I update my account information?
A. When you place your order your account information will be displayed. Please verify your information and update accordingly. Your eMail account is especially important since that is how we will notify you of your order.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. If an order is processed, it cannot be refunded. If you are receiving a daily file, you can log in and halt the sending of your dailys (like if you are on vacation). To do that you would click on List Wizard from the home page, then click Close on the interactive screen. Click Once an order is placed and paid for and click on Update Daily. You will be prompted to temporarily stop your daily processing. You can turn your daily processing back on by using the same process. Please note: any money in your reserve account will not be refunded if you stop your daily ordering.
Q. How do I open a “zip” file?
A. To open a zipped file, you should double click on the zipped file. On most computers this will initiate WinZip which will unzip it for you. If you do not have WinZip you should find a comparable program and install it to unzip your data.
Q. Can you retrieve my lost password?
A. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password to have it sent to you or contact us via email and we can send it to you.
